Meet Jenna, the visionary Chief Executive Officer at CARE Medical Billing Inc.  Jenna's journey in medical billing began with the opening and ownership of a chiropractic office alongsid her husband Jeremy.  Her firsthand experience gives her unique insights into the challenges faced by medical providers.  With a deep understanding of healthcare standards and policies, Jenna ensurers  that CARE Medical Billing Inc stays at the forefront of industry compliance.  As a certified compliance officer, she has not only maintained but also led compliance training seminars to keep medical offices at the peak of regulatory knowledge.  Jenna is passionate about helping medical providers grow their practices, making her the driving force being CARE Medical Billing Inc.'s commitment to your success.  Jenna enjoys listening to business podcasts and spending time with her family.​

Mark K. COO, CPB

Meet Mark, the driving force behind CARE Medical Billing Inc.  As our Chief Operating officer, Mark brings an impressive 25 years of healthcare industry experience, spanning health insurance  and medical provider offices.  His deep understanding of healthcare management and insurance policies is second to none, ensuring that CARE Medical Billing Inc. operates at the forefront of industry standards.  Mark's proficiency extends to various practice management software, making sure our processes are efficient and tailored to your unique needs.  Mark has provided billing services for multiple provider specialties such has, Chiropractic, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Family and General Practice, Palliative Care and many others.

Dr. Jeremy Busch
Board Member
Chief Medical Advisor

Dr. Busch holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from the National University of Health Sciences. During his clinical training, he earned a prestigious clerkship in Internal Medicine at Graduate (TENET) Hospital in Philadelphia. Dedicated to improving patient care, Dr. Busch strives to help patients achieve recovery that is faster and more enduring.

​In 2014, he completed specialized training and certification with the Titleist Performance Institute, equipping him to conduct golf-specific physical assessments, analyze 3-D motion capture data to optimize swing efficiency, and design tailored workout programs to enhance golfers' performance. Additionally, Dr. Busch is certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), a comprehensive approach that evaluates full-body movement patterns to address functional deficiencies.

Outside of work, Dr. Busch enjoys staying active with his wife, son, and daughter. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, basketball, and mountain biking. He is also an active member of Abundant Life Church in Stephens City.
